People like Harvey Weinstein do all their predatory actions in private. Anyone who didn't think he was doing it, like Meryl Streep and Oprah Winfrey, didn't see it because 1. they aren't hot and 2. they didn't get invited for one-on-one private meetings. All their interactions with Harvey were in public with other people around.
