They literally said in the indictment that Bod Boy Enterprises/Diddy forced people to initiate and continue sex acts under various threats and coercion, using drugs to keep people compliant. Not only doing that in one state but across state lines and internationally. Those are crimes, big crimes.

Immorality can definitely be a crime if it is a crime to do it.
