I hope they don't do this for too long without putting these people into rehab. No one needs the government to house dopeheads and give them clean needles. That's not the kind of help they need. I guess it a good first step.

look at other countries who have used ithmmm...I'm really in the fence about this.
While I see the intent to save lives...I'm afraid that this level of acceptance will lead to more usage and consequently, greater destruction of lives.
