Recently moved back to Texas after living in south Seattle for 7 years. Still occasionally go back for business. Ya'll need to quit. Seattle ain't got no damn hoods man 
. Just because something is old and has some low income immigrants doesn't qualify it for comparison to the vicious hood behavior you see in other parts of the country. There is some gunplay in Seattle, but it's mostly "trying too hard nikkas" that listen to too much mumble rap and watched too many west coast hood movies growing up and are trying to emulate that. One of my clients asked me to speak to her son who was showing the early signs of wanting to hop into some ignorant sh-t, and I was like, "Lil nikka, your dad's an architect and your mom works for Microsoft. You have evergreen trees, lakes to swim in, mountains to climb, and bald eagles flying around. What the hell are you trying to be a gangster for 
?!" Hood glorification is too damn strong in the black community. But any "hood behavior" you encounter is Seattle is just them trying to compensate for being seen as weak and safe by the rest of the country... in my opinion. My spidey senses never sensed "danger" in any part of south Seattle. I can't speak for Tacoma and all that. I never really went past Southcenter.
Also, I don't know where you other brehs come from, but "pawg" and "Seattle" should never go in the same sentence together. I know the Coli's version of pawg is any regular generic white woman now, and that's basically all Seattle has... flat assed, pale, bad skin, liberal white women. If that's your cup of tea do you, but I'm a Southern bruh accustomed to thick white women with tans. I give Seattle women props that they're health conscious and take that stuff serious, but they're VERY basic, borderline ugly imo. If you want thicker white women you have to venture to Portland, or Vancouver BC (straight dimes up there
). I'm dark skinned, muscular, deep voiced, and overall very masculine (people always asked if I played for the Seahawks), and that intimidates a lot of white women in the Northwest. But the ones who can get past that loved a breh and were QUICKLY trying to do something 
I encourage brehs to check out Seattle strictly for wealth building. There's millionaires / billionaires walking all around the city up there, and if you find a niche and hustle hard, you can really stack some good bread in that city.
