Second day of my job. Im most likely applying to new ones after 8 months

Im currently doing a one hour commute from Boston to Manchester

Love the work environment, my boss is cool, works in another state entirely, and there's one other guy in the office

Who told me everyone quit when he started, he got a promotion because of it, and only got a slim raise

He been there 3 years, is the go to guy on voice, and is waiting on a bigger 1

Im not gonna fight my job for shyt, I'll ask but if I don't get it im out...Will bust my ass in the meantime

Based on the info I have now won't be staying past a year

I want 75k to 80k after that time frame
