The funniest thing all season was how everyone was hyping up ND's defense to a ridiculous degree. They met that SEC speed and all of a sudden it's lights out..

So many times over the past 10-12 years ppl have talked about "that SEC speed", and then they play against another conferences team and it has no effect on the game.
It's pretty much a 50/50 take. Sometimes its true and someties it's not.

In the TRENCHES, that's what seperates the SEC from the other conferences. As far as the skilled positions, there's speed and talent everywhere in all conferences. But when it comes to that OL, DL, and LB......ain't no other conference fukkin w/the SEC.
I wont disagree with you on that....but that really comes down to location.
There's just alot of big ass kids down here in the South as opposed to most other places.
The best of those players are in the SEC, and the Big 10.

while true, that bama is the clear favorite with 3 bcs titles in 4 years, last year showed any of those teams are capable of winnng the sec. out of all the games played between those teams, the only games that werent in doubt in the 4th quarter was sc over ga, and fla over sc. by the end of the sec title game all 6 of those teams played 3 games against the other 5 and all but two ended up nailbiters.

Yep you right. offensive lineman is something that Big 12 and Big 10 country excels at and the SEC is starting to get a little better but still is distant IMO. Which leads me to ask...if I said....Jamaal Brown is the best OL in the Stoops era....would you disagree?? Who's the best OU DL in the Stoops era as far as production and impact?
