It was a disappointment. :heh: I've said that one here many times.....but guess what.......we're STILL beating HALF(or more) of the SEC even with us being a disappointment.

So with that in mind, how exactly does that make the SEC this big, bad beast?

OU woulda lost to LSU, UGA, USC, A&M (oh wait :gladbron: ), and prolly Vandy last season if y'all switched schedules w/UF bruh. Stop it. Ya'll best "win" last season was against Texas :comeon: and God was on y'all side y'all last 4 wins

I can honestly say, without question that the 2012 Sooners beat Vandy, Mizzou, Auburn, Tenn, Miss St., Ole Miss, Kentucky.
so youre arguing that oklahoma would have been an average team in the sec last year? i wouldnt be so sure oklahoma beats all those teams.

last 4 games of the regular season were all decided by 8 points or fewer against two 7 and two 8 win teams.

Oklahoma would have been South Carolina in the SEC last year, imo.

But not the point of thread. It would the Texas Tech and Baylor would done against the Vandy, Ole Miss, Miss St and Tenn. They would have lost every game except Tenn. :sadbron:

OU woulda lost to LSU, UGA, USC, A&M (oh wait :gladbron: ), and prolly Vandy last season if y'all switched schedules w/UF bruh. Stop it. Ya'll best "win" last season was against Texas :comeon: and God was on y'all side y'all last 4 wins

Because you're losing to half of them :patrice:

You'd be happy going 6-6 in the SEC? :mjpls:

It's funny how everyone discounts the Big 12 offenses as being easy to shut down....but when A&M brought that same style of Big 12 offense to the SEC, look what happened.

Again, the point is, we would beat half or more teams in the SEC. Maybe that would make us average, but what would that the SEC? :mjpls: Certainly not a powerhouse.

SEC Texas A&M style wasn't Big 12 Texas A&M style.

The biggest misconception. New coach, a whole different style of offense. If A&M stays in the Big 12 they would have went undefeated last year.

That's taking ZERO chances on teams like Arkansas, and I'm still beating half, or more, of the "almighty" SEC

Come on bruh. OU is perennially one of the top, if not the top program in the Big 12. Comparing OU to those teams, especially considering most of them are usually bottom feeders, and AU, Tenn, UK, and Ark all are in rebuild mode is kind of ridiculous.

I really don't see how this bolsters your argument that the Big 12, or any other conference, is on the SEC's level right now.

idk why alabama mud stomped y'all :patrice:

Because they're the best team in the country. The Vanderbilt's of the world should not be saying shyt to me just because they're in the SEC that was always our point. The SEC gets passes for having hiccups against wack teams because the entire league gets inflated because of a 6 or 7 year span where every year the best team in the country played in the SEC. Teams like Vandy fukk around and lose to Northwestern. Michigan St. gets destroyed by Bama in a bowl game, but beats Georgia the next year with the exact same players.

Everyone's point is simple, SEC teams should not get passes for hiccups against the bottom rung teams in their conference, no one else does.

Even though Oklahoma, Ohio st and Michigan are an embarrassment to college football and probably are the sole reason the sec is hyped the way it is, this bum has a point. There is no "dominating conference" in college football fact Alabama,LSU and Florida are the only teams in that conference who have done anything the rest nada unfortunately 3 teams don't make a conference the rest have not done 1 thing in college football
