When I was 15 my sister used to work at the Miami Arena. She used to hook me up with tickets when she could. I used to beg her and her homeboy who worked security there to try and get me an autograph or picture from Harold Miner and other players but they wouldn't because it was against policy and employees had previously been reprimanded or fired for it.

If it's against the policy of the company for them to ask for pics then thats that. I don't see why this is in the news. I'm sure a company that provides security at sporting events has to know some employees will be seeking autographs and pics all the time so they implement these policies to keep employees from harassing players. They violated said policy. They CAN be fired. I honestly don't see the big deal or racism here.
