Biggest problem in this thread is that people are commenting under the assumption that Chad is guilty...
People keep bringing up the real world and corporate America, but in reality decisions wouldn't be made because of an allegation alone (unless it was related to the company/organization itself). Usually no one is fired until something is proven as fact (or very likely), or it diminishes the reputation of the company to the point they have to fire them to preserve their brand.
People love flexing their knowledge of the real world when the only thing they know is some biased idea of the world they learned from their ignorant parents or Fox/CNN talking points. Just use logic... Why make a decision before you know the facts. It doesn't make sense in any regard... Unless they wanted to get rid of him anyway.

and Chad wasnt even the big time reciever that he used to be. So even tho the coach may be an azzhole, he cut him. Chad may or not be guilty, who knows. But if Chad was in his prime he wouldnt have been cut
