Agreed. I still don't understand how he has a career.
It seems like no one listens to him

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Trust a vigga, I'm all aboot the Frenchie slander...

But you'd be a legitimate hateration... with no danseree...

If you're gonna sit there and say he didn't release some hot ass mixtapes with some of the best production this side of the Milky Way,

Casino Life, Mac and Cheese and Coke Boys (particularly 3)

This was 2012, and it appears that Rsonist was still using his Dip Set era drums for this. Must have been one of the last beats Heatmakerz produced with that vintage/signature sample style/drum kit.

And one of my favorite songs of the 2010's. Swear i would walk into someones house and steal their ketchup bottles when i'm hyped off this song...

This shiiit sounds soo good in the whip... speakers vibrate hard enough to get your grannies panties super soaked.

:ohlawd:

Aside from Wale, French was the only other artist giving Gucci a run for his mixtapes back in 2009-2013

lmao you gotta be outside back in 2010 to have an ear for French cause that was a fire verse
Sums it up perfectly.

French (and Max til lockup) was serenading the streets in 010’. Straight Drug dealer/armed robber music.

Once he actually got on the quality took a hit but he’s still a decent artist.

Unforgettable is one of the best features of the last decade but TheColi is anti NY so I understand.

Gonna be interesting to see if they can revive the Coke Wave.

I still got some Soda Club Pelle’s and ACG boots if they do :skip:

French went way too pop to ever go back to that old Coke Wave / Coke Boys stuff. It doesnt even sound the same when he tries to today.

I dont blame him though, look at what happened to everyone around him.

French's place in hip-hop is to make 2 bangers every 3-4 years where it's "his song" but featuring someone much better that is the draw. Absolutely no reason why anybody should be putting him on their albums :heh:
