Heaven on Earth
pac didnt give a fukk this dude was real, he mde music with substance...about social issues involving blacks....

mean while jaytrification z is rapping about piasco in front of white rich liberal hipsters , why aint he out here fighting for trayvon?...hes suppose to be the man right, to dog? god mc?

dude album is about how rich he is and how many famous white ppl he hangs with

dude is 40 and still rapping about selling drugs 20 yrs ago...telling the youngsters, "look what drug money can buy"

he sell us poison and then run to his white buddies trying so hard to fit in....

Tupac speech - YouTube

guy is safe....even push the envelope....he just want to be non threatening and accepted by white america...he will do anything for a seat at the table...how u gonna be GOAT with no passion or substance?

I met Pac minutes after he gave that speech...My best friends dad was a writer for the Indianapolis Star and took us to the Expo that summer, got us passes and let us work as "interns"... He was in a bad mood, kept complaining about having headaches and made my friend get some Advil for him...I have a old polaroid of him somewhere with him wearing that same fit....

Andre and Big Boi from Outkast were there right next to the stage before anyone knew who they were.. This was before Southernplayalisic... Them and THUG Life were rolling up swishers and blazing out the whole week...This was before Andre got Badu'd and was just a grimy hood n1gga...

Pac was a media creation and a wannabe.

If you give me social media and blogs in 1996, Pac would have been SO exposed it wouldn't be funny.

i can picture the memes of him in the bathtub :pachaha:

that's the main reason he isn't

but on the topic, that's just jay's personality
he really dont want no trouble or confrontation, just wants his money
if pac was in his position, he'd be doing a lot more

That's a big IF, What makes you think 2pac would even get to Hovs current position? There's only one way thugs go and that's prison or the morgue...Tupac was destined for an early grave & he knew it. Not to mention he died broke & never proved himself to be anything be an abysmal buisnessman. Please don't tell me you're one of these wierdo's who really thinks Pac was the new malcom or some shyt :beli:

Pac >>>>>>>> Wheel Chair jimmy :sadcam:

On topic :
We don't know where Jay-Z stands on this issue
and he isn't obligated to speak on it.
It doesn't make him "soft".

You guys seem to mistake being loud and angry with being revolutionary. Common mistake.

What did Pac do besides make more black youths feel it's acceptable to be a common criminal, even when you have money?

:laff: definitely not
i clown all those ppl all the time
but at da end of the day, pac was always about the black people and the hood first.
never got the impression that he cared for white people's approval
jay-z seems to beg for it, and at times, seems embarassed about his black friends (see the freeway incident:laff: pac would never punk his homie like that)
remember was still just a kid when he died and had some maturing to do.
i doubt he woulda got to jay z level but even if he had a quarter of that, i see him making a difference in the black community and making some white folks uncomfortable.
