Just because schools are segregated, it does not mean federal and state approved Euro centric curriculums won't be abided by.

Also, as long as Whites are 60 % of the population, schools won't be equal but separate.

I hear you. but schools in different districts get different budgets. Schools in beverly hills with a few students get the budget of a large hood school with a couple thousand kids. They can obviously manipulate the system in their favor. My other issue is that the schools in rich counties get the pick of the best teachers.
