There was actually one boss I just remembered taking it back to Dark Souls chipping that shyt down, but even that one was optional IIRC

Never beat Demon of Hatred. I spent so much time and energy trying to beat Sword Saint Isshin that when I final smacked him across the back with my katana I was completely burnt out.
