This is another point. People like to extrapolate one country's infrastructure to the whole continent. Just cause Nigeria's ambulance situation is busted and disgusted doesn't mean the whole continent's is.

This is actually one of my biggest problems with Nigerians as whole. I’ve told them to ask themselves why some of their French speaking neighbors don’t have a lot of the same problems they have. But they’ll swear up and they’re the same. For instance In what way is Traore like Tinubu? Some of these countries like Ghana have a constant supply of electricity and clean water. They’ll tell you Ghana isn’t any better. I stopped arguing with them

In Philly it's very common for the police to transport shooting victims because the ambulance would take too long, so it's not like similar circumstances don't exist in America. We complain all the time about response times of emergency services

Nah I don’t agree with how he framed this. Hes enjoying the fact his family had to leave his country to make a better life, if everyone leaves how is the country supposed to get better? He was basically telling everyone to leave and not come back.

Highways there are all rural to an extent, outside of major cities you won’t ever see street lights on places. It’s one of the reasons ppl refuse to travel after dark.

the issue isnt the paramedics in Nigeria btw. I think theyre saying that because of how bad the roads/traffic is, there is not even a way for paramedics to get to the scene
