I haven't heard any SM2 song more than once other than "Bag of Money"

The first 5 songs off Cruel Summer > SM2

I don't even think Cruel Summer is that great but SelfMade2 was a letdown and SM1 was much better

It's arguable and it really is. I don't agree (Self Made 1 is probably better than both, and it has had long term superstar making songs on it like That Way and Ima Boss) but it's def debatable.
