well Jimmy's stingy hands ain't letting those eminem albums go out of stock so they won't go up on value unless CDs are discontinued

SSlP/MMLP especially are both Like South Park........both obviously had classics(not getting into whether the albums as a whole were classic) undeniably but have aged bad the older we get with the potty humor and high school insults.........
That's how I feel about a lot of stuff from the late 1990's/early 2000's where everything was "edgy" & "tude" was cool to have. Most of it didn't age well at all.

The world was :ohhh: over nu-metal, Jerry Springer, Jackass, & the WWF (Attitude Era) but when you look back you can't help but :snoop: at most of it

Ill just get all the expected comments out the way....

Yes I know I "Lost" for even having them...

Yes______certain Coli members I get it when the new Eminem album comes out Coli is gonna go in overload.....we get it....

Etc etc etc

Anyway to get to the point........as the years go by it really is amazing how horrible this dude's music has aged.....

Even with The Eminem Show.......even though its more mature I feel with the exception of some songs......I'm getting bored with that too

Its starting to sound more and more like a Rap-Rock version of "Born This Way"

Although I am thinking about selling this......and I'm on the borderline..................do you guys think I should hold off?

Something tells me somewhere down the line.........the three albums will be very valuable and a descendant of @ROFL_GUY may be crazy enough to pay big money for them......

God damn what a horrible musician This guy is/was in hindsight :wow:

agreed. i had SSLP and MMLP. of course dude has technical ability. but as i got older and realised technique is only one element of what makes a great artist and so i realised dude is horrible. dude is really a emo rocker trapped in rap. that what em is. emo rap. shock rap. comedy that dates quickly rap. dre aint even bless him with no heat. think about the ish dre blessed snoop with, that ish you will play to you go to ya grave. cant even replay any of ems ish.

Not going to lie was a huge EM fan during high school and my early twenties. I tried to listening to the Eminem Show the other day was skipping through tracks like crazy. His non-Dre tracks are cringe worthy. IMO Relapse is his most interesting project not only because Dre produced damn near the whole thing, but it's creative and it's Em being doing what he does best shock rap. Now don't get me wrong it's far from a classic.

Eminem's rapping ability is top notch has far as delivering rhymes, there's no comparison between him and jay-z when they're live on stage. He's clearly better at rapping.

But at the same time, his music is garbage, corny beats, save a few tracks, can't believe a man in his thirties was making these tracks.

Nowadays it sounds as if Eminem doesn't even like rapping he's just fulfilling his obligations has a recording artist filling in verses on these pre-made songs that have been flooded the industry the last few years.
