So let me get this straight. She passed the lynching bill off the hysteria of the Jussie Smollett case.

The same bill that was used AGAINST black people

OMG.

This is terrible. They are going to use this law against us.

I'm sure Mrs. Harris didnt think about that when she was so eager to champion the bill in the year 2018 - without making major changes and edits to make sure it wouldnt be used against us.

And this case is in her State.

Peace officer = police officer

The most serious charge against Richards is one count of felony attempted lynching, which is punishable by up to four years imprisonment. In California law, the term “lynching” refers to a situation where rioters forcibly free a detainee from police custody.

Attempted lynching requires a person to attempt to unlawfully take a person from the lawful custody of a peace officer."

The case was fake as fukk and they tried to blame black peoples attitude towards homosexuals for it. :jbhmm:

Bussie is connected with Kamala :jbhmm:

Bussie orchestrated the attack :jbhmm:

She passed it during his testimony of the attack:jbhmm:

hm ok

While I'm not a supporter of Kamala Harris's presidential campaign, I'm starting to wonder if her staff is purposely trying to sabotage her. I mean you have this, then you have her press secretary on twitter arguing with people about a picture of her eating greens with hotsauce and they keep pandering with these black racial tropes. I can't believe these people are this ignorant on how to run a campaign particularly when what they are doing isn't working. I mean I get she hired all of Hillary Clinton's former staff but man can these people get a clue?
