if you really make 200k a year then you wouldn’t be in here claiming to need a stimulus
Right. I’m not trying to hear this shyt. If you make 200k and are getting pressed about $1400 then something is not adding up. I don’t give a fukk how many kids you got.

Hell you could make $1400 a week off your investment power alone. Crying because the little man is getting relief is not a good look.

smh. We already know about Black exploitation/poverty pimping/religious/non-profit orgs gaslighting for politicians but now pregnancy pimping for votes?

The same "unemployed single mother of 4," who's the target of vitriolic rants about irresponsibility in another thread, could've had living rent covered/UBI/Medicare/monthly stimulus checks since the beginning of pandemic, if the Dems/Repubs weren't prioritizing their donors/lobby groups' wishes over the needs of the citizens, as the stimulus breakdown proves. shyt, she could've had $15k if the Dems called the Repubs bluff

only "helping" folks facing extreme poverty/circumstances is how you sustain a permanent underclass
SOLUTION: regardless of employment status or number of kids I have, provide quality assistance that encourages me to actively improve my situation, especially during this pandemic

This is the exact kind of poster I was thinking of when I said eat a dikk. Constantly putting the GOP and Dems in the same group. Making no distinction between their priorities. Mentions Medicare when Dems created it 50 years ago and have protected it every year since from the GOP. Can the Dems do more of course. shyt we all can in our everyday lives. But foh with the "both sides are the same" bullshyt. The fact is this bill will help tens of millions of Americans black or white who are middle class and working poor.

i been out the corporate 9-5 game since 2019, been 100% 1099 and I will never go back.

invest that money into getting some kind of license that allows you to get bread without ass kissing cac fukkery. you need a skill first to replace your job income, not equipment.

for example, when I came into some extra bread a while back, (2.5k) I put $100 of that into getting my life + health insurance license because I saw my sister bringing in 10 racks a week. Now, in a single hour, I can get $500+ for selling a single policy.

i would then use the bread you get consistently to then invest into things you need to get the music /design/clothing thing poppin

I also went for:
RE license, drone pilot license, inspector license, notary etc
Indeed bruh I need to get certified for Network Security and A+ I think it is. Just repairs and shyt. I can troubleshoot and all that good stuff. I know a lil bout power washing as well. Lol I love to fix shyt or make the machines operate.

I’m just at a point where I’ve worked since I got out school man and I’m looking around I’ve been rising but I’m not where I know I should be or belong. The folks around me don’t know any different at all. They know work manufacturing for 20 years and just take what’s being given.

In a month I made a 3rd of what I would make in a year just cooking or working manufacturing doing deliveries as a ups driver dawg I’m like nah I can’t go back to some 10-13 hr paying job with somebody less knowledgeable being higher than me. Ain’t no way. Real money out here to be made I’m not trying to throw everything in one basket but I’m done standing around waiting on shyt man!

Folks be complaining “ahh man fukk that job” this that and the third telling me about problems with coworkers lmaoooo I’m like hell nah I don’t miss none of that. I’ve also thought about drop shipping and instacart just to add income. I’m thinking income, everybody around me just be like “where can we work” it’s sad to me.

This is the exact kind of poster I was thinking of when I'm talmbot shills/apologist/personality worshipers/feel gooders that's willing to prolong unnecessary suffering of others as long as his fav party retain power/receives good PR
You're obviously not in desperate need OR eager to solve problems thus the popular "Can the Dems do more of course" fake critic that only provides cover for them and allows you to ignore their decision not to do right by the people

Mentioning who created Medicare without also mentioning who's not expanding it to help folks, show what your priorities are
folks may want to rethink just blaming faceless entities like "white supremacy" for same generational problems despite same leadership, without also factoring in the damage caused by these shills/apologist/feel gooders

SNAP and WIC got a boost too, so if you were on the boundaries of eligibility for either program APPLY again. And if you qualify AT ALL you get the **maximum* for your family size regardless of income. They’re not doing the tiered eligibility.

You are a lame. The ACA literally expanded Medicaid. You know that Obama bill that the GOP has done everything to tear down for a decade. Know who your true enemies are.

The Voiceless Realm
The median household w/ 4 ppl will get a stimulus check for $5600. If a parent is unemployed they’re getting an additional $1200 a month on top of their state unemployment. Plus, $300/child per month in direct payments. Plus rental/mortgage assistance.

The rent/mortgage assistance still won't be enough to catch up everyone who is behind on rent. That's why I feel like they actually need to come up with a solution as a lot of families are still going to be in the same situation once the moratorium ends. Which it more than likely will later on this year as you can only delay it for so long.

From who created Medicad to mentioning ACA, but no mention of how/why so many people can't afford it

Like social security over the years, the ACA needs to be improved because of uncapped premiums and the insurance industry's power over the markets that are baked into ACA

You're my enemy. You're willing to lie/mislead/exaggerate for Dems at my expense

This is true for many people. This bill is a first step in helping people today. But Democrats can't do that alone. The reconciliation process is limited in what can be addressed in it.

For the next two years, the American Rescue Plan would expand the tax credits to higher earners and cap the maximum premium anyone is expected to pay at 8.5 percent of their income. It would boost tax credits at lower incomes, as well: People making less than 150 percent of the federal poverty line ($19,320 for an individual) would be expected to pay $0 in premiums for a benchmark plan, for example.

You are the one misleading people.

For those with lower incomes, the bill would boost incentives for states to expand Medicaid by having the federal government pick up the tab for new recipients. Twelvestates, including Florida, Georgia and Texas, have refused to accept Medicaid dollars through the ACA

Like I said earlier eat a dikk

Unreal

Attaching ‘PORK’ to the Covid Relief Bill is extortion, and should be illegal!!!

American population: 330,483,530
Stimulus bill: $2,000,000,000,000 ($2 Trillion)
Dividing the cost by every American is $6,051.74 The government could have given every person over $6,000, but instead will give $1,400 to each adult under a certain income. Want to know where the missing 96% of your tax dollars went? Here you go. .
1. $300,000,000 for Migrant and Refugee Assistance pg.. 147
2. $10,000 per person for student loan bailout
3. $100,000,000 to NASA, because, who knows why.
4. $20,000,000,000 to the USPS, because why the hell not
5. $300,000,000 to the Endowment for the Arts - because of it
6. $300,000,000 for the Endowment for the Humanities/ because no one even knew that was a thing
7. $15,000,000 for Veterans Employment Training / for when the GI Bill isn't enough.
8. $435,000,000 for mental health support

11. $300,000,000 to Public Broadcasting / NPR has to be bought by the Democrats.
