Legislators in 43 states are currently trying to make it harder for black people to vote, but somehow, giving black people trillions of dollars is realistic/possible right now?
Again, 86% of the country has pending legislation that would make it harder for black people to elect politicians that support their interests. How is reparations possible right now when they don't even want us to have a voice in who represents us?

I made over $85,000 in 2020. Old cutoff was $100,000. Made under $75,000 in 2019. So if I waited I would have got full $1400. If under Trump I still would have gotten reduced amount but still somethingWait what does this mean and why wouldn’t you get anything if you filled already

Depends. 17th amendment allows for it but the process can be different. Some states have special elections to fill vacancies

It's not impossible at all but reparations related bill if Constitutional (trust it would go to Supreme Court) currently would need 60 votes to pass.
If filibuster is eliminated then only 50 + 1 would be required.
But both Manchin and Sinema have come out against ending the filibuster and obviously no Republican would be in favor of it.
This covid relief was passed through Reconciliation. That allows legislation to move forward without the filibuster and only needs the 50 votes + 1 but that's a process only used for budget matters.
