So you go to the site, not to read the article but to go on another piece where there is no connection to the author making comments and allows people to speak their minds on the section. The stupidity that comes with free speech is granted, however to base your viewpoint on the site based off comments under one article is naive and border line stupid. Not only that but to go to the site not to read the articles but to read the comments shows an agenda driven person trying so hard to make his point to disregard vital information for troll comments.

I recommend you read down to section VII to get a full understanding of the bill. Basically its more or less saying the Cold War is back on and Congress is taking the ability to monitor Russia (and its spy activities) away from President Elect Trump. Its also limiting how far any Russian Diplomat can travel from their embassy to 25 miles unless the FBI gives them permission. Its also beefing up the Open Skies program (probably in preparation for it ending sooner than later)....... but you know me breh, I'm just one of those guys who actually reads the book.

Internet as we know is over. They just shut down free speech. Apparently this piece of legislation was being developed in March 2016. I read 1984 in 1998, now I'm seeing the formation of the Ministry of Truth in 2016.
They attached this as a tag along to the annual NDAA. This is voted on every year, and will always pass, so they stuck inside of a bill that was going to pass anyway.
