I recommend you read down to section VII to get a full understanding of the bill. Basically its more or less saying the Cold War is back on and Congress is taking the ability to monitor Russia (and its spy activities) away from President Elect Trump. Its also limiting how far any Russian Diplomat can travel from their embassy to 25 miles unless the FBI gives them permission. Its also beefing up the Open Skies program (probably in preparation for it ending sooner than later)....... but you know me breh, I'm just one of those guys who actually reads the book.

They don't get how these ploys/schemes/maneuvers/ruses work. It's about misdirection, get you to look one place and then tacking on something that gets at your emotions in that place, while way back over here they're up the fukkery.

They had folks looking at PizzaWalls for one group to get emotionally attached, then threw in an actor with a gun to get another group emotionally attached, screaming "Russia" a thousand times simultaneously.....while Congress was busy injecting the NDAA with this bill that seeks to shutdown the 1st Amemdment.

It seems like they are trying to "license" journalism, which at that point you might as well rename the U.S., to China West or West China or Throwback U.S.S.R., cause were done as a 1st Amendment nation. And if your not "licensed" then they'll call it foreign derived news, and can shut down your website, etc. That's the sense I'm getting. Maybe I'm wrong though....
