Alot of shyt can be made from hemp.

I read Jack Herer's book in 2002, and although I knew about hemp history in the U.S., the Emperor Wears No Clothes put me on to game in one thoroughly researched compilation.

Yes indeed...alot of things can be made from Hemp.....just like the CBD OIL that i distribute...

and this is the problem with this bill..it does NOTHING TO PROTECT THE DISTRIBUTORS OF CBD and HEMP OILs such as myself....

whom are not only getting threatning letters from the FDA and DEA but are also having MONEY witheld from sales via Paypal and EBAY whom have no problem charging you listing fees for your product but put you thru HELL to get your MONEY!!!!

here is what PAYPAL has done to me ....i sell CBD/HEMP oil on Ebay been doing it for about a year and a half now ...at 30 dollars retail price..

had an order for three 30 millimeter bottles that i already shipped out on June 21st..now my funds (122.07)

are being HELD till July 9th after Ebay sent me a letter to my inbox saying despite the legalization of hemp products in most states such as my own georgia..the FDA still consideres it Drug Paraphenillia and i could be in danger of violating EBAY's standards policy...smh

this is the third time this has happened to me.....last month it was 487.00 being witheld..for no justification......because the laws are so ambigious for online distributors such as myself and brick and morter stores.....and that goes for not only hemp oils but hemp buds as well which are also very popular...




This bill was crafted by senators whom recieve lobby money from BIG TIME HEMP FARM producers in RED STATES such as OREGAN....

which ironically is also the same state where my Hemp/CBD oil is manufactured............






and lord knows we all are aware the GOVERNMENT only cosigns shyt for IT'S BENIFIT not the CITIZENS....shyt is already expensive as fukk....

3.5 grams (an eighth) of hemp weed or cbd weed runs at least 50 bucks....and that shyt doesn't get you high..it's just a relaxant..

i can imagine the TAXATION and REGULATION prices driving it up even more...


it makes it where only Corporate Farms are able to afford to do business in this "legalilzed industry"

just look at the weed dispensary business...the fees associated with just being a startup are outrageous
