In certain contexts it was like education for example. The financial disenfranchisement of black schools under desegregation was the death blow. For all intents and purposes our schools are still segregated. All the municipal and state money is divided disproportionately. Man, there isn't one person who hasn't seriously looked into the issue who hasn't said abortion being rolled back was a precursor to other things.
