Republicans are the definition of cut your nose to spite your face, I agree they wouldn't outright reinstitute jim crow, but they'd come really close

How are you quantifying the more educated part? Less than 10% of all Americans had a bachelor's degree or higher in 1960 while it's about 30% for black Americans alone right now.

And as for home ownership, yeah it has gone down but it's still higher than it was pre segregation

I'll give you the marriage thing.

It's not just the marriage thing, it's the children born out of wedlock thing also which is around 70% plus in our community.

O..the only reason why homeownership looks higher then what it is, cause it factors in African not just ados.

If it were ados, like it was in the 60's, that % drops as well

Cornyn is saying, "Sometimes reversing precedent is good and necessary, like when Brown v. Board of Education reversed Plessy v. Ferguson"


He's saying that the Supreme Court decision that upheld segregation was bad, and the one that reversed it was good, thus reversing precedents can't always be bad. Cornyn is a piece of shyt but this ain't it.

There are folk finding all sorts of ways to make fools of themselves in this thread.
