This is so unfortunate because you have these people who had to basically choose where they wanted to die and come to terms with the fact that the people that are around them and befriend are the last people they will know. Their place is the last place they will ever be. And to have to be uprooted so late into their lives is heartbreaking. This will kill some of them. Their quality of life will be so affected by this that it is a shame.

Not a landlord.

But like a previous poster said, plenty of older folks died from Covid, so they figured to keep the mortgage payments AND continue to make a profit, boom 100%.

Also shows that not enough people are moving in as well.

It's a feeding frenzy out here, folks moving in and out breaking leases to get out to some place cheaper or moving in with family.
