It may just just be me but I’m tired of R&B songs with such basic lyrics and unnecessary curse words. No metaphors of love, no sense of poetry, just words rhyming.

So many old r&b classics that have a crazy meaning but you wouldn’t even know because they’re saying things in manner that doesn’t make it so obvious.

RnB used to be so grand. Strings, choir, Smooth guitar, passages, epic intros.

Main stream music sounds so cheap and over commodified. The music is not worth the money

Modern R&B is a shell of itself. Chasing trends always leads to music being forgettable.

The last great decade of R&B was the 2010's.
