I'm younger than her, and I sometimes forget the age.

I never forget the year and day, but the actual number? Yeah, I sometimes have to think for a second about the exact number. Outside of the 10's (20, 30, 40 year old etc), they aren't really that important past 21 (In the states). Until you start getting closer towards your retirement age and such, the difference between say 27 and 28 doesn't really register much. Unless you're one of those adults that really gets into their own birthday.
