Perkins and it's not even close. At least Ibaka has a decent jumpshot. Kendrick Perkins is almost Joel Anthony level worthless on offense.

Ibaka has much more talent than Asik, but as far as impact on the court, give me Asik. Dude isn't soft like Ibaka either.
