HE looked good the first two months but his defense has been sliding all year and is down from where it was two years ago...Ultimately it will free up playing time for Norm Powell who most raptor fans will tell you is the guy theyd rather see getting his minutes...
My opinion, best off ball defender on the team. He's rather inconsistent, he can have a bunch of 8 point games and then have a bunch of 16-20 point games. Very good from 3. If the man drived to the basket more (although he's driving more this year than other years) and made cuts (more coaching staff fault) than he'd be even better.
Honestly, I like Ross, he doesn't really have that competitive instinct though. I would have rather seen Carrol or Patterson gone. But Ibaka is a HUGE upgrade.
He'll have at least a good 10-12 years in the NBA

I guess the one solace for Magic fans is that hes not making a win now move. Thought he was gonna trade the Magic pick for a veteran in a desperate attempt at the playoffs to save his job.
