You are right about people not mentioning it tho. It never got that 'cool' title like other albums did. Eminem is a good lyricist but id put DMX catalog up to his.

I think Eminems album Recovery is the best album about substance abuse in hiphop history. DMX was never honest with his fans about being a crackhead. He waited till the end of his career to get on Dr, Phil and other shows, to show us who he really. I felt cheated by that.
