A lot of rappers have to check in because they are performing at hood spots or spots that hood nikkas have access to so checking in might be beneficial to them.

There wasn’t any logic. There was facts.
If Trina, Jay z or Michael Jackson coming to the hood spots to perform, there will be hood dudes there. Those hood dudes gonna want to rob these nikkas cause they broke. The entertainment can either hire real security firms….. or they can pretend to be gangsters by hiring hood dudes to do security.

If those entertainers dropped massive bags to law enforcement do you think they would still be extort able by hood dudes? My point is everybody with money dropping a bag to some organization for protection. The street tax gets you hood protection.Every entertainer that I know of have coordinated with their venues for security/police presence. They also hire bodyguards.
What does this have to do with a group of people trying to bully someone into paying them to not harm them?
