Serious Question: "Did Art Barr Have A Stroke?"

I've been on this board for a few years and I've seen many posts from many posters but never once have I read an Art Barr post and been able to comprehend his sentences.

So my question is did he suffer some type of brain injury or is it just me who has noticed this?
