He's not winning another ring.

All he can do now is pad his stats up but let's be honest, what's the point? He's already a first ballot hall of famer. I don't think anybody can argue that.

I say he make some more business ventures and prepare that retirement speech. The Denver experiment brought some hope, but in the end it's a failure.

I think so. He had a great run but like you said...what's the point?

At this point he look like he's one viscous sack away from being paralyzed. The dude got kids and plenty of money. Hit the broadcast booth and call it a wrap

Well he just came off the best season of his career, and he's on a stacked team that will be better next year once they get everybody back. I don't see why he would retire now.

Plus if Crabtree makes catch at the end of the NFC conference finals, Peyton wins the superbowl. Because the Bronocs would have beaten the Niners.

He's been a stat padder so I support his stat padding ass plus it will be great for him to still be in the league come Feb 2016 when Eli is lifting the Lombardi for a 3rd time :smugfavre:

at this point, his greatness is his curse.

It'd be better for him to go 9-7 next season and sneak into the playoffs rather than go 13-3 or something.

So that's the excuse now?

he has to pass this physical 1st to determine if he's healthy for next year

he can obviously still play, and if he wants to keep going he should. he hasn't reached that status of "why is that guy still out there" yet

if peyton needs to retire, there are like 25 other starting QBs that need to retire too

Manning is very mediocre when he isn't sitting back in the pocket like a statue.

Nah man. He just broke all single season QB records:stopitslime:

Peyton, along with Brady, make the NFL as good as it is. It's gonna be a sad day when these two old heads no longer play in the NFL:to:
