I've lurked in quite a few liquor threads on here over the years and I've lost count at how many times folks seemed like lushes and trying to police exactly what people had to drink



Between then and now, folks wouldn't be lying in threads just to fit in with the crowd....would they?

Man I remember last year I went 70 days with no liquor. Felt great. Was in the gym, saving money.

Then I hit a slump and went on a crazy drinking binge.

I only like drinking at home or having a glass of wine with certain foods. A rum and coke is just one of the best tasting drinks ever, but I don't care for the hangover, so I only have them a few times a year.

I'm also afraid that I'd become an alcoholic, like just about every other man in my family.

I like to drink it to loosen up. I mean back when I was younger it was all about getting smashed and fukked up. But now I keep to max 2 - 3 drinks I should be able to still fully operate a vehicle. The days of getting retarded drunk are over I hate having to spend a whole day of recooperating from a bad hang over. I like to feel a slight buzz at a club or social event then it's wrap. I don't go over my limit or abuse alcohol.

I drink so much less now than I did in my early 20s...I just don't enjoy binge drinking and waking up with an unfinished pizza box unable to remember what happened.

I'll have wine or a nice scotch at a social event to get a buzz but that's it.

Also hangovers are the WOAT

I just like the taste & plus it relaxes stress .

I drink about two glasses of Peach Crown Royal mixed with peach soda after dinner about 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with Saturday night being a special treat.

Has anybody ever had Hennessy Pure White ? .
