Serious Question: Why does the world hold contempt for black people?

and we see this displayed all over the country from foreigners and first gens. thing is, a lot of the first gen are cool with black folks and they'll tell you how their parents feel about the black race. i believe a lot of it has to do w/the media and how these cacs slander us worldwide daily. however, a lot of the times, these foreigners come into black hoods, setup businesses in the ghetto. then deal with some of the worse type of black folks daily, confirming their beliefs.

Are you sure it's not them having contempt for blacks folks when they get here, set up shop and have to DEAL with black folks? or perhaps, they're the rich snooty ones that get here, mingle with rich cacs and adopt this ideology? do you think they have the same contempt for mexicans? or perhaps say, a korean toward a cambodian? or do you think it's just blacks exclusively?

It's a love hate relationship between most of our parents and American blacks. They love certain parts of the black culture, but hate others usually due to personal experience.

Like I explained on here before most Nigerian parents came here in the 70s/80s/90s with not much money, so they were living in the worst hoods. They expected to get along with the blacks because they looked alike but American blacks were not accepting of Africans at all, and that just recently stopped. I remember being younger and American blacks trying to chop and punk us, not until puberty came and we grew bigger than them did black kids even think about accepting African kids.

But yea our parent were living in the hoods of the U.S when shyt was super violent, a lot of them have been robbed, assaulted, and had friends killed by people they originally thought were their overseas cousins. So they're weary of American blacks.

I'm not saying it's right, but you have to understand where it comes from. My parents used to be scared that my black friends were gonna get me killed some how or sometimes even be scared one of my black friends would kill me they're paranoid, but keen.

I think they put themselves behind a thick glass because of robbery my nikka. That's what happened to the corner store in my hood. I was there when he got robbed, I was also there during the LA riots, shortly after that, glasses were installed. This is ordinary, I would do the same thing, fukk getting shot.

As for the rich ones, my dad lives in baldwin hills, there's a few balling asians there, they treat him with respect, esp since his house is bigger and he's been there WAY longer. Surely you can see why some hard working immigrant would have contempt for nikkas in the hood? hell upper middle class blacks have contempt for them. I think the OP was talking about going abroad tho, not so much whats going on here in the U.S. because at that point, it's economic more than anything. I felt it when I was poor, but when we moved to the burbs, we were respected. Now a days you see these black jerkers, and black surburban kids and I don't think they feel the same contempt we did growing up in the hood. They at the skate park united and together.

BINGO!!!!! I've been trying to explain this to people. When you're abroad, you're not black, you're an american first and foremost. I get treated like an american, like a regular ol person, heck I get treated better than their own people. So how the hell are black people hated abroad when it's not even on a racial basis when you're out there? Clearly if you can even travel abroad, they already know what time it is. This why more folks are eager to know about you, and treat you with respect than actually have contempt for you.

i'm hearing two different arguments here. i'm talking about how foreigners feel about blacks as a majority in US. you're talking about how they would treat americans in their country on an individual level.

you bring up LA crime, good example. you dont think they dont go back home and tell their relatives that they cant even open up businesses around these savage negros w/o having to serve them through plexiglass? to me, most of them share the same mentality as white folks.

Most of us are well adjusted and hold no grudges over that shyt; hell I'm thankful for it, I feel that shyt helped me build a thicker skin.

But shyt really is funny when you look at, reminds me of my two little nikkas; I'll call em T & L.
T&L have known each so long they damn near brothers, entering high school L was your typical bad boy lightskin tatted nikka, T was your typical darkskin nerdy awkward African kid. L hit all the bad hoes with ease and T struggled and got embarrassed by the wackest of hoes. By time High school finished and college starts, L is still L he still fukking hoes etc, but T has transformed. He's grown well past 6 foot tall, football and the gym has got him big as hell, skin cleared up, good grades and his family came up so he pushing a brand new luxury car. well yea. it says why does the world hold contempt for black people, it doesn't say why do immigrants hold contempt for black people, meaning the entire world share a view that black people are beneath them, it's clearly not so black and white, when abroad most blacks are viewed as american in the first place.

believe it or not immigrants are smart enough to know that not all black people are dangerous, and that places all over the world have good and bad places, and the bad places are where thugs are. Do you think black people are only associated with bad places? :leostares:
