If I fukked up one day and me and my girl/BM/future wife didn't work out, how is it fair that our child from Our previous relationship be used against her in the dating game

Why should she be penalized for my fukk up?

To be clear, I would never fukk this up. She's educated, beautiful, intelligent, understanding, perfect smile, tall, funny and aware. Any man would be lucky to have her and i just so happen to hit the lottery.

So how is it fair that this perfect woman or any good woman should have to have their children from previous relationships used against them in the next relationship?

Why do single mothers have to be looked down upon if the man fukked up?

Not saying that's always the case, because it isn't. But for the times that it is, why do we just write on single mothers as bad decision makers when that's not always the case?

Why don't they deserve GREAT men?

The answer is because many men are more unrealistic than they believe themselves to be, they view women with children much like you'd view a PS4 purchased from a pawn shop, anything that goes wrong, you'll suspect the previous owner is the reason why. The child binds them together like it or not. So I definitely agree with number two, folks forget the emotional baggage attached.

Number 1 is one of those arguments that starts the mudslinging. "Is it the man's fault? Her fault? Can she even be at fault? Men are the leaders so it's his!" etc.

Will it be used against her? Sure. But believe me when I say it is not the end of the world for her. Between govt. programs and plenty of dudes willing to save them, she'll be ok.

I worry more about the child at the end of the day. Once people have kids, the focus should shift on them only. Screw the parents, what are you doing for your little ones.

Men that date single mothers haven't "lost" they just have to know what they are getting into. They have to realize that dating someone with a child is a package deal.

Men say this about women... but women can say this about men too. I don't want any baby momma drama so I stay away from single fathers.

But like I said before they just have to know the situation they are getting into. Just because they couldn't make it work with their child's parent doesn't mean they aren't worthy of a relationship.

It's not a younger generation thing. To be honest, nobody is forcing dudes to date single mothers but it's like they feel slighted if a single mom has standards or wants better for herself and her child. She's pretty much tainted but you don't hear the same rhetoric about baby fathers. Like you said, it's a package deal.
