I would make/keep a detailed record of where I was at the time of the crime and start lining up witnesses with solid character and excellent reputations that can vouch for my whereabouts and track record. Receipts and bank transactions may support your case also. Hell, maybe a store or traffic cam has video of you being somewhere else.

Until you need to defend yourself, keep your mouth shut and if you ever need to, you’ve got enough to beat the case. In the meantime, stay the fukk away from that person and block them from contacting you. Don’t snitch, but be ready for a battle if/when them people start looking your way.
