fukk man i don't know if its the drinking or that fukking hookah that got me thinking this, but shyt i might just have to throw it in the bushes. I'm a straightedge type of nikka so i know it wouldn't be missed.

me was 5+ months or even more. I'm a social drinker so its only when i go out. AS well I dont drink at alll during school.
cuz the hangover im having now is making me feel like it. I dont have a drinking problem. I just had way too much and was not able to drink water or gatorade before i went to sleep cuzzz i was was already knocked out nikkas had to carry me lol

I did it right before I turned 30. It was a combination of factors which mostly had to do with short term and long term health. I was a social(lightweight)drinker until my body started reacting like I was a hardcore(and I was drinking like one too). My body was giving the signals so I stopped.

You can drink. If you know you're limit. I like getting buzzed and pumped up. I don't drink to the point where I'm losing control of myself.
Maybe drinking aint for you.

I'm at the point now where at most I'll have 3.
Though it depends how long I'm out. If I'm at a picnic or something for 7 hours, then it'll be more.
But getting a beer at the bar after work? Yeah, like 1 or 2 probably.

When I was drinking heavily in my 20's, this was my routine.....
Eat before going out........
Get to the club/bar and spend anywhere from 50-100(by myself)in 3-4 hrs on alcohol(never was a beer guy unless I was already drunk and someone bought it for me)
Leave the club/bar and hit up a late-night eating spots spending 15-20 per night on most nights. My friends would always hit up this Korean spot. Lots of BK, Taco Bell.
Multiply that x 2(the times per week I did it)
Multiply again x 3(the amount of weeks per month I did it)
I woke up one morning like

I can still hit it hard but that recovery time is like triple what it used to be.
I had stopped drinking just because Im a social drinker and there was a stretch where all I did was work. Then I realized, "Damn, its been about a month." Shortly after, my mom told me about her possibly needing a kidney transplant. My brother has kids, my sister has health problems of her own and I have neither, plus Im the favorite so it was my duty to volunteer my kidney anyway. I figured I had gone that long without drinking then "fukk it". She ended up not needing it so I didn't drink from August of last year until last week since my homegirl is leaving for the Marines.
The plus to not drinking for so long is that my tolerance has dropped so dramatically that I went from needing shots of 151 and dark to get a buzz to needing only one tumbler of wine to get a buzz now.
Dat money in my pocket now. 
Dat not getting charged for youre cranberry juice or coke at the bar.
Dat telling girls I stopped drinking to donate to my mother.
