I've been to the dentist/oral surgeon (7-8x) more in the past two years than I had the previous 10 yrs (2010-2021). They've cleaned my teeth, filled cavities, threw a crown in there, removed all 4 wisdom teeth, cant neglect them teef

i used to ignore my dental health until I was about 18, went and got a cleaning and that's when I got the wakeup call. Dentist put in a shift cleaning my teeth, and I thought my teeth were good and clean, I bled like a stuck pig, she was carving out chunks of tartar build up, sh*t was a real eye opener.
