There are positives in a long-term union. Too many male members in the Coli are concentrating on the disadvantages of marriage. If you don't like the idea of marriage, then live your life how you want. However, you don't have to force feed your disdain for marriage in people's throat.

every week...like clockwork there is a new thread about marriage...and the same usual suspects in there with the same rhetoric...

these cats cant speak on marriage because they dont know of any successful ones...marriage is not perfect...my wife pissed me off with some dumb shyt last night......you deal with it and go on...overall the pros outweigh the cons...

Im really not sure how you could find that insulting when its the standard in our society. Im not saying you wont be happy without kids but you may feel a bit incomplete. It's about not making judgments or questioning someone's life decisions just because they chose not to have kids or get married.
