Not even close. On what basis do you grade a President's 'strength' economics, military policy, foreign affairs, domestic policy? If you want to say Obama was too conservative on some things or didn't do enough in one area or another that's fine but to just make statements without a real means to back it up should not be seen as acceptable especially on Higher Learning.
