SERIOUSLY: What is the point of having children?

They are just going to grow up and die anyways and then I'll have to bury them....... Or they will have to see me and their mother die and be in pain

And then they might get bullied in school or be very sick or depressed

why bring another person in this depressing, unfulfilling, unfair, shytty world?

I guess I've been morbid as of late. Kids are beautiful, but I don't want them to suffer

the older i get the less i want them. life is basically over at that point.

i dont want to get old and regret not having them though. i mean when your like 35-42 wtf do you do in life other than take care of kids? im 27 having a blast now but im sure when im older it will die down

I want to have children but I dread having to raise them... It's weird. They become more appealing, and more terrifying at the same time as I age. My biological clock is ticking, but my brain keeps talking me out of of it.

I just wish I had little relatives to teach. It would be better if they were my own children, so I could pass down wisdom. But I just can't deal with crying babies, doctor's visits, first days of school, puberty, kids getting into trouble, disobeying, etc.

Also, couldn't deal with my own flesh and blood in pain or having to deal with crime. That would break my goddamn heart. But, they might never have to deal with that...

I don't think I should be a parent, but I really want to have children. The problem with the world today.
