To answer your question OP, cow's milk has large amounts of pus (dead cells) and non-organic milk has tons of different hormones in it meant to make the cows produce more milk and faster.

humans aint ment to drink cow milk, same thing happend to me for a while, kept having cow milk and just felt like my belly was turning into jelly every morning

get some sweet almond milk

how the almond milk taste tho? I keep seeing it in the store but I am reluctant to get it. do you just eat cereal normally with it? and is it an adequate replacement for "regular" milk?
