a lot of ppl in the gym and its a 12-2 weekday run so there are a lot on lunch breaks and we try to keep it moving..outside of those runs its either 15 by 1's or 21 with 1's and 2's

Hes improved a lot, playing really well in the D League. I know he was average in duke.

EDIT: Gotta add that they don't play on the same team anymore.
The Warriors did win the NBDL championship though, w/o Seth.
From what I saw Mychal has no shot in the NBA, their best player was probably 7'0 Ognen Kuzmic, playing the Bogut role and doing very well defensively. I'd even say > Ezeli. Also Aaron Craft won DPOY in d league and is their PG but from I've seen Kuzmic is the anchor and main reason they are so succesful on that end of the court. He is also developing some post moves, certianly more skilled than Ezeli, if a bit slow for the NBA
