Well, he did. :ld:

Where are the obnoxious twitter rants that got people legitimately upset. CACs on YouTube were having meltdowns over his tweets. He was getting booed out of buildings as RAW's top face so they turned him and NOW he wants to think before he tweets? :comeon:

Also his opposition being Owens, Joe, and the Vikings isn't working. shyt feels real midcardish. That's not Seth's fault, just something that sucks in general.

I know y'all love recently turned heels but Randy Orton gets more heat just by moving deliberately and awkwardly pursing his lips. Seth gotta get back on Twitter or Becky needs to post her thoughts on his account since she's so insufferable lately.

Becky lowkey a better heel right now than her fiance :skip:

It does feel like he’s trying to recreate that 2014-15 feel but something feels off, at least he’s getting heat though :manny:.

If he rolled more of his twitter persona into his character I think it would actually click better. Right now it seems like he's trying to be a wrestling Jesus (no Christian :troll:).

AOP deserves better than being goons for Seth Rollins. :camby:

Can we also go back to calling them Authors Of Pain? AOP is so fukking generic.
:unimpressed:

I thought it was going somewhere but when Rollins and Murphy (no Buddy) won the tag titles I realized how stupid that was of me to have that sort of faith. At least they're on TV.

It's because he really is a heel. Seth needs to drop the attempts at character-work and just be the natural bytch he is.
I’d wager that’s exactly why he decided to be more of a caricature than himself, him being booed for being the whiney hoe he really is hit too close to home, but being an exaggerated “messiah” doesn’t sting as much. Or this is what he thinks is actually cool and entertaining and this is his attempt at it. He’s :trash: either way

The beginning I enjoyed with his naive, Raw flag-bearer, rah rah mindset. I thought that was a good lane instead of going the full bodyguard faction/chickenshyt route. Which we seemed to end up with again.

Dude was a better heel when he was still face (via twitter) :pachaha:

Rollins gave up REAL heat :ohlawd: to get fake heat @Da King from fans who want to "boo heels with smiles on their faces" while he does a bootleg Jesus routine.

Seth as an embittered heel who is legitimately upset that his obnoxious but well meaning defense of the WWE is not going over well with fans and the boys would have been so much more interesting. Then eventually he could transition to delusional Messiah Seth believing everyone else is the problem as a coping mechanism and he's just going to have to do whatever it takes to deliver them from their sins.

It's a nice character arc and pretty realistic too. Don't ask me how I know.

I kinda feel this way with the Bayley heel turn when she was constantly preaching that she's a "role model" and was all about loyalty to her friend and she kinda was which put her in that "heel that is technically right" category that WWE failed to exploit

The problem with the modern play fighter is they want “heat” with the live audience while still being loved by the dirt sheets and markkks. Why is this? Because the markkks are now in the ring and they don’t understand that ultimately this is all a money-making carny business, something Draw Lesnar and the heels of yesteryear get

you got MJF having coordinated fake beefs with play fighting radio hosts while everyone watching knows is all fake but pretends it’s real so they can be part of act also. Is there any wonder why ratings are at all time low

and what happened to that play fighting boom AEW was supposed to start? :sas2:
