It still looks worse than it likely is. I don't think anything is torn, just a major sprain. Would be different if he'd already started trying to lift Kane or. Most of the force looked to be shooting to top of knee or ankle if balance was misplaced.

He has gotten smaller, but it doesn't show strength wise. I don't think he powerlifts as much and has gone more to maintenance training. Probably the ravages of being constantly on the road and having girlfriends. He really doesn't have to be THAT big, and it helps with his natural speed and agility.
I'm pretty sure he could still deadlift Show from outside the ring though.
