Burt def has a heel turn coming. Irv peeped that shyt Fields said about Burt being at Lumon 20 years ago. Burt knows where the bodies is buried...he put em there. Thats why he's not "going to heaven." We just assumed Fields is some religious nutjob who was being an a$$hole but the truth is far more sinister. My guess is he used to be an Enforcer of some type for Lumon before he got severed. Someone from that anti-severence group threw red paint on him...I don't think that was just cuz he was severed.

I think they're leading to a point where Mark accepts that his real wife Gemma is dead, and Ms Casey is all that's left and it isn't her. I think that's what they were hinting at with the "2 Souls" conversation. I think Gemma is in heaven while Ms Casey is alive on the testing floor.

I think this ends with Mark reintegrated, and Helly taking full control of Helena's brain and "killing" her outie.

I think they gave it at the beginning of episode 6.

She’s not severed. She’s trying to get into some Lumon fellowship that will basically put her on track to work upstairs at Lumon.

i had a question years ago about narratives could elevate through multiple character rather than person point of view. something like cloud atlas but more complex. the modern-step before that in film making was out of sequence story telling (tarantino, nolan) but that is overused now. the question to me was what could be the next elevation is how stories themselves are told. cloud atlas was sort of an attempt at this. memento sort of did it through the memory thing.
severance is also a version of this.
