Great show. Cast is super strong to the point I just genuinely enjoy watching the characters interesting. Especially the core four in data refinement.

Still baffled on what they do and how the company operates. Given the reveal about Ms. Casey I wonder if the data helps Lumon discover new bodies they can experiment with. Maybe Mark inadvertently led them to his wife, and the severance process requires so little brain power that people who are in comas can be used. Or maybe they have an entire department of dead or dying people, and data refinement’s job is to inadvertently prepare them to function on a severed floor. Like installing software into them.

If you haven’t seen or read the Lexington Letter you should if you really like this show. It gives a lot of insight and a lot of information towards what they are doing there. Kind of wish it was included but this was from someone at different Lumon office.

Saw on another forum that it was mentioned that Irving has been there 9 years, but someone in MDR said it was his 3rd year there. So it's believed that he spent time in other departments.
And like the black goo (which turned out to be paint from his outtie's life)was seeping into his mind for his innie, the innie's image of that dark hallway is etched into the outtie's mind.

That did seem to be the case with the way she was interested in the Mark/Ms. Casey interaction.

Hell of a penultimate episode to set up the finale next week. Great tension in those final moments
