All we actually know is the police, paid by Lumon probably, reported an accident and identified a body, provided by Lumon.
Gemma doesn’t seem to have any scars
And the infographic card, the same one Dylan stole, she was looking at were from Lumon so she was reading into their philosophy. She was being indoctrinated

Yeah it happens. 3 eps seems like a good sample to know if you are into somethingCouldn't make it past s1 episode 3. Incredibly boring. Fell asleep multiple times and am not emotionally invested in anything here at all

Every show isn’t for everybody so it’s all good. However, I think the last 5 minutes of season 1 was the best ending to a season of tv that I can remember. The last scene doesn’t hit hard though unless you’re into the show and the characters.So in a roundabout way, you're telling me to watch ep 4 at least?
