Ok.
Richard Pryor was attempting to describe how beautiful a certain woman was. "She looked so good I suck her dad's dikk"
It was funny in the sense that it was completely over the top and unexpected and at the same time it let the audience know how attractive the woman he was trying to describe was.

BIG was trying to do the same and at the same time pay homage to Pryor a legendary comedian.

Now...if BIG was in the closet or gay or whatever....
chances are he wouldn't say such a thing in a song where everyone could hear it.
